Visits happen by secure video, so we can work together wherever you are. Nutrition services are provided by a licensed dietitian in the state of Georgia.

Questions I get most often.
Do you take insurance?
Packages are self-pay. I can provide a superbill you may submit to your insurance for possible out-of-network reimbursement, and HSA and FSA cards are generally accepted.
Is functional lab testing included in the price?
Interpretation of conventional and functional labs is included in every package. The cost of the lab panels themselves is separate, and I'll always tell you what a test costs and why it would change your plan before ordering it.
How quickly will I hear back?
Within one to two business days. If it's been longer, check your spam folder and then try again — messages occasionally get filtered.
Do you work with men, or only women?
My clinical focus is women in midlife — gut, hormones, blood sugar, and energy. If you're outside that, reach out anyway and I'll either help or point you to someone who can.
